Cooke’s Finest Inc caters to customers with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. It is our goal to make the process of placing an order easy and convenient for you. In order to provide you with exceptional service and deliver the best freshly baked products, please review our Customer Service policy listed below.

Pick-Up Orders

All orders made are available for pick up at Cooke’s Finest Café 1st Floor KFC Building St. Michael Sunday to Saturday 8:00am to 9:00pm on the date of your collection. Since most of our baking is to order we require 3 to 5 Days notice for all Birthday Cakes of Special orders. (Does not include Wedding or Complex Cakes)

Advance Orders

We are delighted to fulfill any advance orders. We take advance orders up to 3 months in advance when you need to plan for your perfect event. We do require that payment be made in full for all advance orders 1 month prior to date of the event.

Special Orders

Special orders can take on many different forms and this is an opportunity for our Team to put our love for creativity and pastry design skills to work. We want to be sure your special order of choice is available and we require 5 days advance notice. Other examples of special orders would be dietary restrictions, custom flavors, or custom designs.

Sweetness of Fresh

Cooke’s Finest Inc products are all freshly baked with the finest natural ingredients and contain very little preservatives. However, if you find yourself in the unique situation of taking home some untouched baked goods or are gifting our desserts, we suggest that for optimal flavor and quality, our baked goods be consumed within 2 to 4 days of purchase(depending on the product) if refrigerated or within 24 hours at room temperature.

Cooke’s Finest Loyalty Rewards Card (Customer Rewards)

As a part of our hospitality and a benefit to our loyal customers, Cooke’s Finest Inc offers our Loyalty Rewards Card. When you stop in and purchase any Products, you will receive a Loyalty Reward Card. Be sure to have your Loyalty Rewards Card or the Mobile number that is associated entered every time you visit with a purchase. 250 Points $10 Reward, 600 Points $30 Reward, 800 Points $50 Reward.

Cooke’s Finest Inc is capable and interested in providing our products to a host of wholesale commercial clients.
