Returns and Refund Policy

• Returns must be made within 24 hours of receiving your product.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
• The product must be physically returned to receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours’ notice is required on any Cake or Dessert order you wish to cancel.
• 96 hours’ notice is required on any Food Catering that you wish to cancel.
• With proper notice: 75% refund (back to your card).
• The 25% retained covers transaction fees, ingredients, and prep work.
• No cash refunds.
• No notice = no refund.
• Items not picked up on time will not be refunded or credited.

Order Policy

• Full payment required at time of ordering online at www.cookesfinest.com.
• Standard cakes require 3 days/72 hours notice.
• Wedding & Elabrate cakes require 1 week to 1 months notice.

Cake Policy

• Wedding/Elabroate cakes must be cancelled at least 1 week in advance for a full refund (provided no special items were imported).
• Cancelling after that window = 75% refund only.
• No cash refunds.
• Changes made to a cake order within 24 hours incur a $50 fee.
• Cooke’s Finest is not responsible for damage to cakes once they leave the premises (unless they are delivering it).
