Cooke’s Finest is a family-run dessert café in the heart of Bridgetown, Barbados. From our kitchen at the Norman Centre on Broad Street, we bake cakes, gourmet cheesecakes, cupcakes and dessert slices fresh to order — the finest moments to savour.
What we believe
- Fresh, always. Nothing sits on a shelf — every cake is baked when you order it, which is why most need 3–5 days’ notice.
- Bajan to the bone. Local rum, island fruit, and recipes with Caribbean soul — including our legendary Better Than Sex Chocolate Cake.
- Made for your moment. Birthdays, weddings, baby showers or no reason at all — if you can imagine the cake, our team can bake it.
